We are "in network" with most insurance companies plans. Call our insurance department (Amber and Ron) and we can tell you if we are part of your plan. We are "out of network" with a couple insurance companies which means you can bill your insurance by sending in a bill (only if chiropractic is part of your treatment plan). Then will get a check mailed to you. Payment is expected at the our office at the time services are rendered.
