According to Whfoods.org every 0.25 cup of Sunflower seeds contains 82% of recommend daily value vitamin E. I search and search all kinds of sunflower seeds brands and can't find anything in 60%+ range.

The vitamin E content of sunflower seeds is virtually the same across a wide variety of brands as long as the product only contains sunflower seeds. The vitamin E content may vary slightly based on growing conditions and environment, but in general, the amount of vitamin E in a specific serving size will be the same across the board.

However, the discrepancy that you are seeing in the percent daily value from our website and the product label is likely due to our nutrient calculations. We chose to use the DRI (daily reference intake) rather than the FDA food labeling daily value amount; therefore, the amounts are slightly different.

Try to eat RAW nuts and seeds not cooked or roasted. Once nuts and seeds are heated they lose the good oils (omega 3 or 6) and nutrients that are in them.
